          I started training with Jai 20 months ago and weighed close to 100kgs with 27% body fat. Over the last 20 months I have scaled down in terms of my body weight to 82kgs and 14% body fat. None of this has been through following any fad diets but purely through smaller lifestyle changes that Jai has helped me adopt by giving me suitable atomic alternative habits. It started with portion control and has now progressed to healthy choices while eating. When I started working out with him, I was worried that I will become bulky through weight training. Jai carefully devised a plan to suit my needs catering to my work lifestyle and weekend sports needs. During this period, around 4 months ago, I injured my knee (Grade 2 ACL tear) and was worried that my fitness goals will go for a toss. Jai ensured that he carefully modified my fitness routine and neither let me lose muscle mass nor gain weight. In the last 2 months I have been doing my rehab along with the fitness routine with Jai and he has been instrumental in helping me run again within just 3 months of knee injury without any surgery.
